For Show and Tell in May, children should bring something that makes you think of summer.

Themes for the month of May are Mothers, Transportation, Ocean and Summertime.

The Doves and Rainbows have been joining together to learn Bible stories taught with flannelboard pictures. This month the lessons will be:  Elijah and a mother trust God for food, and Jesus disciples go fishing.

Some reminders:

Please be sure your child has used the bathroom in the morning. If so, we are hoping they can wait until our first class potty break around ten o'clock. (Of course, we are still willing to take them as needed.)

Thank you for continuing to supply all the items needed for snack on your assigned snack day, with the exception of napkins (we have plenty).  Some ideas for snack-fruit,pudding,cheese,crackers,yogurt,pretzels,cereal,raisins,fruit cups, applesauce, carrots.  Each child enjoys having a turn to bring in the snack and be the helper/line leader for that day.
